OBJECTIVES

The seminar presented the calculation methods of fatigue life of the component to optimize the life through the analysis of the project parameters. The seminar gives the participants a detail on the different theoretical and industrial approaches for the calculation of fatigue life of structural components.

Application of loads in fatigue analysis

  • Application of loads
  • S-N Fatigue; rainflow; material cumulative damage: Miner rule
  • Mean stress effects on fatigue life
