Join our free webinar on the new frontiers of computational dynamics, Wednesday 20 October 2021 – 11 am.
The world of computational fluid dynamics, or CFD, currently allows different approaches, both with commercial solutions and with Open Source solutions, recognized and used in the industrial and academic fields at an international level.

In this webinar, Exemplar will illustrate the two different approaches to CFD, with Open Source software, such as OpenFOAM, and with commercial software, such as XFlow by Dassault Systèmes, of the latest generation based on the Lattice-Boltzmann equations.
A major limitation in the use of Open Source codes is often the graphical interface: with this webinar, you will see an innovative management of fluid dynamics analysis with OpenFOAM applications, enhanced by an interface tailored to customer needs for an immediate simulation setup.
We will also give space to a meshless approach based on the Lattice-Boltzmann equations, implemented in the innovative XFlow software.
We will use some examples on the themes of sloshing in powertrain systems, and heart valve simulations in the biomedical field to illustrate their potential.
